Message from Mark

There is no official race on Saturday, New Years Day but there are a couple of options, even for those that can party and still run in the morning.

SATURDAY 1/1/05
- Mike Higgins will be running the Rickey Harrison 10k course on Sat. Jan 1st 2005 @ 6:30am Meet @ JC Park better known as the Fairgrounds.

- I will be running from the UA Rec Ctr around 6:00 AM for a 13 - 16 mile run but any distance is welcome, I'm sure the Team-in-Training people will be running also.

SUNDAY 1/2/05
- Mike Higgins will be meeting @ 7:00am @ Lake Lurleen @ pavilion 1 just to the left of the Gate. $2.00 to get in,  running from 5-10 miles.
